Company-issued corporate credit cards were reserved for a select few, while employees across the organization incurred various expenses, such as home office furniture, equipment, and new software subscriptions. Many of these purchases were made on personal credit cards, leading to a loss of insight, accountability, and tracking of this type of spend.

Provide a new type of card and experience to customers, to provide real-time expense reporting, flexible budgets, and unlimited cards.

  • Conduct interviews with customers and spenders to assess changes in spending patterns during the pandemic.

  • Collaborate with financial institutions and utilize new design systems to efficiently launch the project.

  • Engage an initial customer group to provide feedback and insights, aiding in the development of the feature set.

  • Create and test prototypes to validate the approach.

Specific market segments such as construction and manufacturing found the flexibility of our solution valuable and have continued to adopt it post-pandemic. We reduced implementation and adoption time to within 48 hours, significantly faster than comparable products in our portfolio, which typically required 3-6 months. For customers, card issuance, card adoption, and payments were streamlined to just 15 minutes, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
